Go Happily not Warily

It has been awIMG_1578hile since I have written in my blog. This was partly intentional and partly the result of the holiday season, end of year preparation and a need for a break.

It has been nine months since I launched the Blue Moon Mending website and already so much has happened.

I have presented at three international conferences (one in Australia), added new contracts, successfully attained a NBCC ceu provider number and became an EAGALA Designated Program Member.

The prospects for 2015 look bright. With all this going on I decided I needed to stop and reflect.  As if to ensure this happens, we had the biggest snow storm of the year getting 12 inches in 48 hours.

So all though I’m not a big fan of resolutions I have decided to make every effort to be grateful for the successes of the past, the people who continue to inspire me and receive future prospects with an open mind.

I enter the new year happily.

Growth is painful and I see many succome to the growing pains. This is why it is important to take time to be quiet and reflect. Stopping to recognize all that is good allows us to appriciate where we are in our life goals and where we want to be in life. What do you do to take time to reflect?

Hello Helena, Congratulations on your adventures and successes. I have only spent a few days in Idaho but it is certainly one of our most beautiful states.
I have always found that nature has its own healing powers. Take Care Holly Skeen
